Sourdough Muffins
Sweet, soft sourdough muffins are easy to make and only take 10 minutes to prepare. They are perfect as an on-the-go breakfast or as a quick afternoon snack.

Ingredients

milk

large eggs

sugar

sourdough starter
cup
oil
1/2
cup
all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Add all the wet ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Once you have a smooth mixture, add the rest of the ingredients for the muffins and stir them into the mixture.
Divide the batter over your cupcake liners and bake your muffins in the center of the oven for 20-13 minutes or until done.
Take the banana oat muffins out of the oven and transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
